Overview

Description

In today’s evolving radiology landscape, Viv-butrol stands out with its strong market presence and wide accessibility across India enabling clinicians to deliver safer and more effective MRI diagnostics with confidence.

Viv-butrol is a highly concentrated, non-ionic, macrocyclic gadolinium-based contrast agent used intravenously to enhance image clarity in MRI and MRA. Its unique chemical structure provides strong paramagnetic properties that improve visualization of pathological lesions, vascular perfusion and abnormalities across the central nervous system, breast, and other regions.

With its high stability and 1.0 molar concentration, Viv-Butrol offers superior image contrast with a smaller injected volume, enabling precise diagnosis in patients above 2 years of age, including those with impaired renal or hepatic function.
